3.2 Rebilling for Third-Party Services

Certain services provided within the platform are billed separately based on usage, including:

4. Data Security & Compliance

We take data security seriously and employ industry-standard protections. However:

We do not provide HIPAA compliance by default. Clients requiring HIPAA compliance must opt for our compliance package at an additional cost of $250.Clients are responsible for securing their own login credentials and ensuring best security practices within their organization.We are not liable for breaches resulting from Client misconfigurations, phishing attacks, or misuse of access credentials.

5. Sharing & Disclosure of Information

do not sell or rent
